How many housekeepers do you send?
Our normal team consists of two housekeepers.
Do I need to provide supplies?
We provide all of our own cleaning supplies. If you would like to use your own supplies, please let us know when you schedule your clean.
Do I need to do anything before the housekeepers arrive?
To make cleaning more efficient, we ask that the sink is clear of dishes and there is a designated spot for clutter (toys, clothes, other household items, etc.)
How do I pay for my cleaning services?
Upon booking you will be asked to place a card on file used to reserve your appointment and pay for your clean once it is complete. Paying in cash, Cash App, and Venmo are also options, but you will still need to put a card on file when you book in the event a cancellation fee needs to be charged.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for a move-out clean?
Please make sure home is empty. We do need electricity and water to clean so please make sure your utilities are still functioning.
Can I request the same housekeepers each visit?
Yes, we will make every effort to have the same team clean your home each visit but it's not always possible due to illness, vacations or days off.
What do you not clean?
For health reason, our teams will not clean blood, feces, vomit, or urine from animals.
To ensure we provide your home with the highest quality of care, we don’t typically:
Clean the inside of your fireplace
Clean your iron
We want to make sure that all of your belongings are in the right place when we leave, which is why we leave these organizational tasks to you. However, we’re happy to clean the inside of your cabinets, stove, and refrigerator upon request.
How much notice do I need to give to change or cancel an appointment?
We require 48 hours notice for reschedule or cancellations. There will be a $45.00 charge for no notice cancellations and lockouts. If you are sick and it’s your cleaning day, please call our office by 7:30 am.
Why am I charged full price for my first clean even if I purchase a membership?
Because the first clean is usually more time consuming and in the event you cancel your membership prior to the second clean, we charge full price to ensure that our cleaning professionals are adequately compensated for their time.
